At House Of September, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and careful packaging of each orderβwhether retail or bulk. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Retail Orders: Β
Every product is specially retouched and finished only after an order is placed. Hence, all sales are final. We do not accept any return requests once the order has been processed and dispatched. In case of evident damage during transit, please refer to our Exchange Policy for the steps and timelines to raise a claim.
Please note:
- Change of mind, aesthetic preferences, or minor variations in stone color/texture (due to the natural nature of gemstones) will not qualify for return or refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Bulk Orders: Β
Due to the high level of customization, planning, and inventory commitment involved in bulk gifting projects, we do not offer any refunds or accept returns for bulk orders.
We advise bulk clients to thoroughly review samples, quantity breakdowns, product variants, and timelines before placing a final order. Our team remains available throughout to assist you in making informed decisions before the production cycle begins.
For damaged items in bulk shipments, please refer to our Cancellation & Exchange Policyβresolutions, if any, are handled post-assessment and strictly at our discretion.
